Shipping Methods and Costs

At Pnü Corp, we strive to ensure that your pnümix product arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the total weight of your order. You will be able to review the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Pnü Corp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Important Notice Regarding Non-Delivery, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product has not been delivered within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing us. All claims related to non-delivery, loss, or theft of shipments must be reported within 90 days from the date the order is processed and shipped. Regrettably, we are unable to investigate, process claims, or issue refunds for undelivered, missing, or stolen packages reported after this 90-day period due to limitations on investigations and insurance claims. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
