We stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us and we'll make it right — including a full refund and return shipping on us. To qualify, your pnümix must be returned with all original parts and accessories, and free from physical damage beyond normal use. Returns requested within 90 days of purchase are honored under these terms. After 90 days, we will still make it right — post-90-day returns are evaluated case-by-case and may qualify for a full refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
How to Initiate Return
- Contact us — Reach out to our customer support team at support@pnumix.com or call us at +1 (303) 335-9886. Let us know what's not working for you — we genuinely want to hear it, and your feedback directly shapes how we improve.
- We'll take it from there — Our team will follow up promptly with any questions, along with step-by-step packing instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label sent straight to your inbox.
- Ship it back — Pack your pnümix with all original parts and accessories, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location (unless a different shipper is specified).
- Get your refund — Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund immediately. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. For cash purchases, we'll work with you to process your refund quickly and conveniently via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal — whichever works best for you. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.

We built the pnümix and accessories to last — and we stand behind it. If something goes wrong due to a defect in materials or manufacturing, we'll make it right...even if it's 10 years from now.
What's Covered
Defects in materials, manufacturing, and functionality caused by manufacturing defects.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse, modifications or alterations, or disassembly of the head unit. Dishwasher damage to the head unit or silicone over-molded puck is not covered — these components must be hand-washed only. (The thermos, straws, and plastic insert cup are dishwasher safe.)

Reach out to us at support@pnumix.com or call (303) 335-9886. To help us diagnose the issue quickly, we'll ask for a short video or a few photos showing the problem — in many cases, we can resolve things without a return shipment at all.
If a replacement is needed, we'll ship you a new head unit at no charge. Your existing magazine (thermos assembly) is fully compatible and doesn't need to be returned. If we do need the defective unit back, we cover the shipping.

- We replace defective units — we don't offer repairs.
- This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the United States.
- We reserve the right to make reasonable, good-faith decisions on coverage.
