Your drink, two chambers.
Type the single-drink recipe. We scale each side to fill its chamber — the mixer blend stays true to the original, the spirits too — and the dial does the rest.
Cold brew, lemonade, iced tea, kids' drinks — the pnümix works the same with nothing stronger than coffee.
Single-drink recipe as you'd make one glass
Enter one glass the way you'd make it by hand. Each line has its own amount and unit — oz, ml, tablespoons, teaspoons, or dashes.
How the math works
- Each side is scaled to fill its chamber — 17 oz insert, 28 oz thermos, 45 oz total — so you get the most drinks out of one fill.
- The blend inside each chamber matches your single drink exactly. Two mixers at 2:1 stay 2:1.
- The dial sets how much of each chamber ends up in the glass, so everyone gets the strength they want from the same fill.
- If the strong side is more than half the drink, it goes in the thermos and the dial reads in reverse.
- Small measures convert at bar standards: 1 tbsp = ½ oz, 1 tsp = ⅙ oz, 1 dash = 1/32 oz (about 1 ml — the amount a dasher top releases in one shake). Dashes aren't exact and don't need to be. Anything under 1 oz in the fill list is shown in tablespoons or teaspoons so you can measure it with what's in the kitchen drawer.
Take a sip, pass it around.
